Welcome to Shiplake’s Resident Portal. Whether you’re a current resident or moving into your
new home at Shiplake Properties, the Resident Portal will be your hub for accessing all of the resources available to you.

IS THERE A CONCIERGE
ONSITE?

Our on-site Concierge is at your service for all things home related, including rent payments, maintenance requests as well as booking elevators, reserving amenity areas, guest rooms and parcel pickup. Our Concierge also ensures your safety and security, and is available for any questions or concerns about your home at Shiplake.

WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE
FOR RENT PAYMENT?

For your convenience we accept postdated cheques, pre-authorized debit. Pre-authorization debit and credit enrollment forms are available at The Property Management Office. In addition payments can be made online through Home Port. We also accept debit payments at the Concierge desk.

HOW DO I BOOK THE MEDIA ROOM?

Simply complete and submit the online request form available
through the Resident Portal.

If you are not a member of resident portal, please contact the Concierge.
A deposit is required to finalize the booking.

HOW DO I REACH MAINTENANCE OR WHAT IF
THERE IS AN AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES?

For your convenience we have an Online Maintenance Form on the Resident Portal. If you have any questions or wish to speak to our Concierge. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call our emergency pagernumber 416 614 4240.

Service Elevators can be booked through the Resident Portal or through the Concierge.

HOW DO I PICK UP A PARCEL THAT
HAS BEEN LEFT FOR ME?

The Torontonian is proud to feature the convenient and easy to use Parcel Pending locker system. Resident’s receive email and text notifications when parcels arrive for them along with a secure access code allowing them to retrieve their parcels, day or night, at their leisure.

HOW DO I CONTACT
SECURITY?

If the Concierge in unavailable, residents can contact Olympus Security for any after-hours disturbances by calling 905 458 7556 then PRESS 8.
